Hotel & Reservation Policy

We are delighted to welcome you to Isfahan Parsian Kowsar Hotel, Thank you for choosing us, we have clarified some guidelines for you:

Reservation policy:
•     Room check in is from 2 p.m. and Check out is until 12 p.m. If accommodation is available, early check in and late check out is subjected to an extra cost.
•    Extending your stay will be required payment.
•    Children aged 6 years and above are considered adult at this property.
•    There is age requirement  for check in (minimum 18 years old).
•    Credit cards (visa، master، etc ….) are not accepted  at  this property.
•    On check-in to the hotel , guests will be obligated to present an identity document with a photograph to the receptionist.

Hotel Policy:

•    Pets are not allowed.
•    Due to providing services of all hotel restaurants, It is not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside .
•    Safety box is provided in guest room for keeping  their valuable items.
•    Receiving  ID cards is upon check out.
•    Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
•    It is not permitted to use  heater devices  or chemical materials in the room , For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hotel.
•    It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels).
